The four-day version follows the same corridor as the three-day tour, but redistributes the driving. The return is spread over two days instead of one, and a full morning is kept in the desert instead of leaving right after sunrise.
It suits travellers who found the timings of the three-day version tight, families, and anyone who wants time to walk in the Todra Gorge or the Dades before continuing on.

A relaxed morning in the Dades before the Todra Gorge, then east through Tinghir and Erfoud to the edge of the dunes, arriving with time to spare before sunset in Erg Chebbi.
Sunrise, breakfast and an unhurried morning in the desert: the Khamlia area, Rissani market on market days, or a short 4x4 excursion, depending on your interests. In the afternoon, drive west to Ouarzazate for the night.
Rissani market opens on fixed days; we only plan this stop when it's genuinely open.
A shorter final day: the climb back over the Tizi n'Tichka with stops to enjoy the views and, if you like, a walk through an Atlas village before arriving in Marrakech around midday or early afternoon.
